MERCER
AMSTERDAM

Mercer Amsterdam, founded by Pim Dresen in 2013, is a footwear and clothing brand based in Amsterdam. Named after Mercer Street in New York City.

The brand emphasizes taking responsebility and produces its products in BSCI-certified factories. Mercer uses materials certified by the Global Recycled Standard, PETA, Piñatex, and the Leather Working Group.

In 2017, Mercer was recognized for collaborations with Loro Piana, NASA, Beverly Hills Hotel, UCLA, and Starter. Particularly, they were pioneers in using Piñatex to create the first fully sustainable vegan sneaker, and later introduced footwear made from Italian grapes, apples, and plastic nets from the sea in collaboration with Seaqual.
